Simple to assemble, nutrient dense, fresh and bright.
- 2.5 tablespoons of mixed berries
- 2 tablespoons of porridge oats
- 2 teaspoons of mixed seeds
- 3 tablespoons of coconut yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon of maple syrup
- In a single serve glass, place a tablespoon of porridge oats on the bottom.
- Add a layer of 1.5 tablespoons of coconut yoghurt
- Next add 1 tablespoon of berries
- Add 1 tsp of mixed seeds.
- Repeat this layering a second time.
- Top with half a tablespoon of yoghurt and the maple syrup.
